Processing Time

 Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment. All packaging is handmade and may need extra time to be prepared. 

During specific times of the year shipping may take longer, you will receive notifications if any delays are expected. 

Shipping Policies

I am not liable for packages once they are shipped. Please be sure to input the correct mailing address, as I will not offer refunds or replacements for delivered items. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact me via email or Instagram DM.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address.

International Shipping

I currently ship to over 27 countries worldwide. Depending on your location, shipping options may include USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. Available carriers and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Any custom or duty fees need to be paid before your order is shipped; if it's not paid within a week of your purchase, your order will have to be cancelled.

Shipping countries include: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

Shipping is offered in many additional countries via DHL Express and FedEx. If your country isn't listed above, shipping options will appear at checkout if delivery is available to your location.
