Sizing & Care
Sizing
Most pieces are designed as one size. Some necklaces may sit or look differently depending on the person and need adjusting to look exactly as displayed on the models.
Exact measurements are listed under each item’s description, so please review these carefully before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for referencing their own measurements to ensure a proper fit.
For looser or tighter bracelet sizing, please place your order and then contact me via email or Instagram DM with your name, order number, and measurements.
HOW TO GET YOUR MEASUREMENTS
- Wrap a piece of string around the area you'd like to measure (wrist or neck)
- Mark and cut where the string meets
- Measure the length of the string in inches with a ruler to gauge how your jewelry will fit.
Care Instructions
Proper care is essential to preserving your purchase; I cannot be held liable for damage resulting from a failure to follow these guidelines. It is up to the buyer to properly care for their items after purchasing.
Jewelry
My chainmail jewelry is made with stainless steel, chosen for its durability, hypoallergenic properties, and resistance to rust or tarnish.
Some designs may include elements like charms or findings made from materials like copper, metal alloys, zinc, rhodium-plated metals, or brass that naturally dull over time with frequent exposure to moisture. If you are sensitive to any of these materials, please consider their effects before purchasing.
To maintain the longevity and condition of your piece, please avoid the following:
- Excessive pulling or tension
- Prolonged exposure to water, sweat, or humidity
- Contact with harsh chemicals (perfumes, oils, etc.)
- Sleeping and exercising while wearing your jewelry
Certain jewelry, such as the Bliss Chains, is more delicate, prone to tangling, surface scratching, or stress on its hanging elements. Please handle with care and store properly in a box or soft velvet or suede pouch when not in use.
Earrings should be taken off after use and stored properly.
To maintain shine, you can gently polish jewelry with a soft cloth.
Sculptures
My sculptural works are typically made with upcycled materials, paper clay, joint compound, acrylic paint, and a protective clear coat.
To make your sculpture last as long as possible, be sure to:
- Keep dry at all times
- Handle with care
- Avoid dropping
- Dust gently every so often with a dry cloth
- Safely store away if not on display
